We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items.

We can offer a refund on items returned in an unused and unworn condition with the tags intact and original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Returns Made Easy

We’ve simplified our returns process to make things quicker and more transparent for you.

1. Log in to your account using the same email address you used to place your order. If you haven’t created an account before, you can do so now - your order history will automatically be matched.

2. Select the order you’d like to return and click ‘View Returns Sheet’.

3. Choose the items you’re sending back and the reason for return.

Your personalised returns sheet includes all the info you need - including the return address. Just include it in the package with your items.

Once it arrives back with us, we’ll be able to process your refund faster.

If you have received an item from S+S as a gift, you may return it directly to us in exchange for a gift card to the value of your return. This option is subject to our standard
returns terms and conditions.

You will need the following information from the original order to receive the gift card:

  • Order number
  • Delivery post code

Please note we do not offer an exchange service. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item.

Your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 working days during busier periods.

Checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, either email info@stitchesandsteel.com and we will resolve this for you.
