Our standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days to reach you from dispatch, although it is usually much quicker. International orders can take 7-14 working days to arrive so please make sure you place your order allowing plenty of time.

Yes, we can ship to most Counties outside of the UK, no problem! International shipping has gotten a little tricky since Brexit has been put into effect so please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process an order.
Just so you know, your order may be subject to customs charges and/or import fees if you are having an item delivered to a location outside of the UK. We cannot estimate when these charges will be applied, how much they will come to if applied and we regret that we cannot pay these charges. You can get more info on this at you local customs store.
Any charges incurred must be paid by the receiver of the order, if an item is refused by the receiver the item will be abandoned by the carrier and the customer will be wholly liable for the order and the return of the goods to us otherwise the item will not be funded.
As long as the item is in in a clean, unused/ unworn condition with the tags still intact, we can accept the return within 28 days for full priced items. We are online retail store and as such do not have a physical ‘bricks and mortar’ shop front. Stitches + Steel is run from a small Studio in Birch, Essex. We welcome visitors both local and afar to pop in, grab a coffee and shoot the s*** however, ask that you kindly give us the heads up so we can make sure one of the team are here to meet you, pull out the products of interest and answer all your queries.

We don't offer discounts on any products that we have. We've tried our best to keep our margins right down so that our products are available to everyone at a good price. We're still a pretty small company at the moment and hope that in the future we'll be able to offer discounts such as the military/ NHS/ students, etc.
Unfortunately we are unable to make or modify products to a custom design however, are always excited to hear and help where possible, with new ideas and products.
