We’ve put together a list of the most frequently asked question’s. We hope that this is of some help to you all.

Do you ship your False Floors?

Unfortunately, we are unable to due to the reasons listed below.

• The cost due to being an oversize pallet is likely to be approx. £160 on top of which would need to be passed on to the customer... Which, of course, we'd rather avoid doing that!
• Although most people are qualified with drills and spanners for  assembly and installation, it only takes a few improperly installed or damaged panels to cause huge headaches for us.
• Courier damages in which the insurance doesn’t cover any labour (which makes up a big portion of our products).
• There can also be issues with delivering pallets to residential addresses.

We are aware that COVID is making travel difficult, and therefore we continue to try and get over all of the problems above.

What happens if something gets broken or fails?

Issues are very rare but mat still happen, so we ask that you get in touch ASAP. If it’s a small issue we can send parts out, but in the case that it’s more of a technical problem (worst case scenario) we would ask that you return the unit to us for repair or replace. We consider our customer care second to none and will do everything we can rectify any issue.

What are your Lead times?

Our turnaround times are subject to change daily, depending on current workload. Please bear with us in busy times, we are a small company and often work around the clock 7 days a week to keep up with demand.  We have invested heavily in further equipment and additional staff to help production volume and this will considerably benefit our turnaround times.

Do you make any bespoke conversions

Sadly not. We simply don't have the capacity to take on any bespoke projects. We are concentrating on our standard kit orders and constantly developing new unique products to our range. When the new kits are available they will be added to our product pages.

Do you make these for other vans?

Not currently. We have our hands full with Transporters at the moment. Caddy’s will likely be the next.

Can I see the False floor in person?

Please contact us to arrange a viewing at a suitable time. We usually have a van here in the studio with a Conversion installed for you to see, but we just like the heads up to make sure we've got a van available and coffee ready to go!

Can I have the false floor in another colour?

We can only offer one colour of False Floor and for good reason. We feel as though the Black panelling not only looks great (and very S+S), but also it's hugely practical for going on grubby adventure. It's a win win! As Henry Ford once said "You can have it in any colour, as long as it's black."

Do you offer returns on Conversions?

All of our items are made to order so we are unable to offer returns, please check your sizes carefully before ordering. If you want to cancel an order after ordering and before dispatch you are liable for covering all of the material costs.
